New Beginnings Family Law, P.C. is offering two $1000.00 New Beginnings Scholarships to rising college freshmen looking to major in one of the following areas or a closely related area:

  • Law
  • Criminal Justice
  • Social Work
  • Counseling
  • Therapy
  • Psychology
  • Paralegal Studies

ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP

New Beginnings Family Law, P.C. will award two $1,000.00 scholarships each year. This is a non-renewable award. The New Beginnings Scholarship is to be used for tuition or books. A check for the amount of the New Beginnings Scholarship will be mailed directly to the student’s college or university.

SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBILITY

  • Must live in the Madison, Morgan, Limestone, Marshall, Blount, or Lawrence County Areas
  • Must have a high school grade point average of a 3.0 or higher
  • Must have been impacted by a divorce, child custody, foster care, or adoption situation during childhood and/or adolescence
  • Must be planning to enroll in an accredited college or university for the 2023-2024 school year on a full-time basis

      ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY APRIL 15TH

      Two New Beginnings Scholarship Recipients will be selected on or before May 1st. Those selected will be notified by May 5th. All winners will be required to sign a media release to allow New Beginnings Family Law, P.C. to use the recipient’s photograph, name, high school, college to be attended, and intended major on our website, social media, and in any press releases related to the scholarship and winners.
